What does the company sell?
The best vanilla, cinnamon & black pepper, bar none. Tons of extracts and flavorings plus seasonings and other kitchen niceties. Watkins has a full line of vitamin supplements, personal care items, environmental friendly cleaners and old time medicinals you cannot find anywhere else.

What are the start-up costs?
Kits are available from $49.95 on up depending on how much product you want to start with.

What is the commission percentage/level?
25% on most items.

Is there support and training for new reps?
We have a pretty strong group with online training available. There are several Watkins yahoo groups all over the country to help out. It is a VERY friendly company and everyone always helps each other. We have in-person training about 6 hours from us a few times a year. There are groups that meet all over the country so in-person training is usually available if you need it.

What do you like most about this company? The quality and the company's reputation. Watkins has been in business since 1868. You don't last that long unless you consistently market quality products. The products are fantastic and the company is easy and wonderful to work with!
